In 2018, after twelve years of perseverance, prayer, and strategic planning, Southern Pediatric Therapy opened in Hernando, Mississippi. Our clinic offers pediatric occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, nutrition, and functional vision therapy services to the community. What began as a one-person team has evolved into a thriving ensemble of thirty professionals.

We’re Growing!
SPT has officially broken ground on a brand NEW OFFICE! Our future home will be located just down Byhalia Road from our current location—right next to DeSoto Family Dental Care—in a newly developed medical office park. This move will allow us to expand our services, offer even more specialized care, and continue creating a welcoming, kid-friendly space for families in our community. Stay tuned for updates!
