Kim serves as the Practice Manager at Southern Pediatric Therapy. Previously, she held the role of Lead Patient Services Coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation in clinic operations and a deep understanding of both team and patient needs.

In her current role, Kim oversees human resources, operational management, clinic regulation and compliance, and the supervision of all departments, policies, and team members across SPT. She is known for her strong leadership, extensive knowledge, positive attitude, and genuine care for both patients and staff. Kim’s commitment to operational excellence and team success plays a key role in the continued growth and stability of Southern Pediatric Therapy. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, including her past role as Human Resources Director for multiple Addiction Campuses locations, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping others.

Born and raised in Mississippi, Kim still calls it home, enjoying time with her husband Jason, her two adult children, Blake and Dalton, and her two grandchildren. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her spending time with family or traveling to warm places with palm trees.
