Shiloh Lancaster

Pediatric Registered Dietician

Shiloh brings over 13 years of experience as a licensed dietitian, including 7 years specializing in pediatrics and neonatal intensive care. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University. Her professional background includes working in a variety of healthcare settings, including LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in the Level IV NICU and Children’s of Mississippi, where she led a team of dietitians and milk lab technicians in a 270-bed pediatric hospital. She has also held leadership roles at Cura Hospitality, Rapides Regional Medicaid Center, and North Mississippi Medical Center, where she served as Director of Food and Nutrition Services. Shiloh holds advanced certification as a Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition (CSPCC) and is licensed to practice in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

Originally from DeSoto County, Shiloh now lives in Hernando with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. A self-proclaimed nerd, she’s also a big fan of The Lord of the Rings.
