Nayely serves as one of our Medical Receptionists at Southern Pediatric Therapy. She brings several years of experience, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our families’ needs to her role.

Nayely is responsible for welcoming patients into the clinic, answering calls and questions, scheduling patient appointments, and so much of the organization of our front office. She is known for her welcoming demeanor, excellent customer service, and willingness to step in wherever help is needed. Her dedication and positive attitude make her a valued member of our administrative team and an important first point of contact for the families we serve.
